Ethereum Mainnet is Rhino Bridge’s anchor chain, supplying the deepest liquidity and the broadest token coverage across supported routes. The Ethereum network is the settlement layer for ETH and ERC-20 assets, so many cross-chain transfers begin or end there even when execution moves to a lower-cost network. Rhino routes on Ethereum cover the major assets users expect: ETH, USDC, USDT, DAI, and WBTC.

Use Ethereum as the source when funds already sit on mainnet or as the destination when consolidated L1 liquidity is the goal. Confirm the completed transfer through Etherscan by searching the wallet address or transaction hash. The explorer shows the transaction status, token contract, amount, and destination address independently of the bridge interface.

Arbitrum One

Arbitrum One is a leading Ethereum Layer 2 by value secured and one of Rhino Bridge’s deepest L2 destinations. The network executes transactions away from Ethereum mainnet while settling through Ethereum, as detailed in the Arbitrum documentation. Its sequencer delivers preconfirmations on an approximately 250ms cadence, and routine execution fees are commonly below one dollar.

Rhino routes provide full core-token coverage on Arbitrum, including ETH and major stablecoins. That combination makes Arbitrum practical for moving liquidity into active DeFi markets without paying mainnet execution costs for every action. Select “Arbitrum One,” not Arbitrum Nova, when configuring the destination; the networks use different chain IDs and route inventories.

Optimism and Base

Optimism and Base are OP Stack networks supported by Rhino Bridge. Optimism provides an established DeFi environment on OP Mainnet, while Base is the Coinbase-incubated Layer 2 with a fast-growing application and liquidity base. The Optimism documentation explains the shared OP Stack architecture, transaction flow, and bridging model used across this network family.

Rhino routes on both chains support ETH, USDC, and USDT, covering the principal gas asset and the stablecoins used in cross-chain transfers. Base is a separate network, not an Ethereum account mode; users must select Base explicitly and retain ETH on Base for destination gas. For either destination, verify the token symbol and network together because the same wallet address can hold distinct balances on Ethereum, Optimism, and Base.

Polygon PoS

Polygon PoS is an EVM-compatible network with low transaction fees, fast block production, and an established DeFi ecosystem. Rhino Bridge uses Polygon as a practical route for stablecoin transfers and other widely deployed ERC-20 assets. The Polygon network site documents its payment, application, and interoperability infrastructure.

Token support on Polygon is broad, but each asset must have liquidity on both sides of the selected route. Stablecoins usually provide the widest destination coverage; less common tokens appear only where Rhino can quote the pair. Keep enough of Polygon’s native gas asset in the destination wallet before using the transferred funds. zkSync Era and Linea

zkSync Era and Linea are zero-knowledge rollups that execute EVM-compatible transactions and publish validity proofs for Ethereum settlement. zkSync Era was developed by Matter Labs, and the ZKsync platform documents its ZK technology, Ethereum compatibility, account features, and developer stack. Rhino Bridge supports the network as a source and destination for available token routes.

Linea is the Consensys-built zkEVM network designed for Ethereum-equivalent tooling and application deployment. Its official Linea site describes the rollup, ecosystem, bridge, and network resources. Both ecosystems have expanding token inventories, with ETH and major stablecoins forming the most consistently available cross-chain routes. Check the live quote before sending: a supported chain does not make every token pair executable, and liquidity determines which source, asset, and destination combinations appear.

Other Supported Networks

Rhino Bridge’s supported-chain list extends beyond the largest Ethereum networks to Scroll, Blast, Manta, Mode, Mantle, BNB Chain, and Avalanche. Token availability varies by network. Stablecoins are available on most high-liquidity routes, while exotic assets appear on fewer source-and-destination pairs. To confirm any route, select the source chain first, choose the destination chain, then open the token menu. A listed token has an available route for that network pair; a missing token requires a different source, destination, or asset. Review the quoted output and destination network before signing, then keep the destination chain’s native gas token available for the next transaction.
